As Manager of Major Gifts at the College of DuPage, Illinois, Tony oversaw major gifts and planned giving activities. Previously, he served as Director of Major Gifts & Planned Giving at the Greater Chicago Food Depository. There he regulated a $5.3M budget and served as counsel to the Senior Major Gift and Planned Giving Officer. Earlier in his career Tony worked as the Senior Foundation Officer for Regions Hospital Foundation, St. Paul, MN. In this role, he led all aspects of Regions Hospital Neuroscience Department’s gifts activities, including fundraising, annual funds, major gifts, special events, and physician philanthropy partnerships, and particularly fundraising for Alzheimer’s research.

Tony commends LuMind IDSC’s efforts in research and service for the Down syndrome community. Building on the expertise of the development team and his own experience fundraising for major gifts, he will help grow and sustain our major gifts program.

Tony is a portrait artist. He enjoys using charcoal and colored pencils. He used this hobby in college to make extra money.
